There will be another ladder climbing, company butt kisser waiting in the shadows, salivating at the chance to be in his position.

I forget the exact numbers but someone posted them recently. Maybe 4800 TT and 1000 hrs TPIC (??) was 'average'??? Doesn't mean that people with fewer TT, or TPIC, aren't getting hired.

There's only one thing guaranteed - if you don't apply they don't know you exist.

I'd say apply and let the airline decide if you're competitive or not. I got the AA interview invite (a couple months ago) at about 1600 121 time, 520 TPIC. I had my app in for over a year and a half in and consistently updated it.

I got f*cked by them, and made to wait the full withhold. It destroyed my QOL. I was going ORD 737 FO -> ORD 320 FO. i was stuck around 60% on the guppy, while i could have been around 20% in the bus.

Stuck on a dog**** plane, with worse seniority. It’s criminal our union allows the company to get away with a year long withhold like that.

All while watching that 320 base take ORD's best trips. That 20% seniority would have come in really nice.
