At least 6 guys from jetblue have got the phase 1 video interview. Half Mil and half civilian. The question are very similar to JB s TMAAT format. More customer service and CRM coworker friendly.

I could be wrong but what is the difference between a check airman or instructor flying a 121 rj, or flying a 190, 320, 737 or whatever for low cost carriers, any less qualified than an instructor from the military flying your C-5, C-130 , etc.?

Honestly I would think because of their extensive 121 experience they are easily just as qualified if not more suitable.

By no means am I insinuating that military is better or worse than 121/135/91k but in order to respond to the above poster, I think you are incorrect saying that the military pilot is by any means MORE qualified regardless of what they flew in the military.
