Andrew - thanks. It might help TC understand the steps guys are taking to get hired.
I know a guy that went to 17(?) job fairs. Spent about $8000 (I think that was the amount he said) over the last 3(?) years. Got hired in his low 30's, will retire under 100 at one of the Big 3.
All the pilot recruiting teams knew him by first name. Nice guy. Sharp. Only thing his resume lacked was TPIC. Upgraded...bam, hired.
He was a BIG believer in keeping his foot HARD on the throttle until he got hired. For him it worked. Every day he got hired was about $600 more in his pocket. So the breakeven for his $8000 was about 13 days. He's WELL ahead of that curve.
