Operations!! The only recognized list usapa seem to refuse but thats ok too as the panel decides the fate of all it will closely mirror what the nic was. The other thing here with your question is the fact that is immaterial due to the other agreement we had covering new growth a/c but the east stole that too. Company growth was to be handled in 50 50 split but the greedy asses took it all then claimed it was always theirs to take.

We have a single certificate. Everything was done except the joint pilot contract, which was required before the pilots could be combined.

WD likes to forget that.

He also likes to forget that the "growth " flying was settled. (Not really growth, east had a greater reduction in a/c than west). One was by agreement, the other by, wait for it, ARBITRATION! That's right, the keepers of all that is good and pure didn't want to live by their agreements.

Ok what in the hell are you talking about?? We are talking about GROWTH FLYING not this I keep mine you keep yours. The east went back on its word to split ALL GROWTH FLYING MAN!! This joint list thing was not required at all for the growth flying and you know it.

Since when does a union decide where airplanes go? The company did, and put more in Phx than they wanted to. They were obligated to by the TA.

The "growth" aircraft were the 190s and a few
people 757s. That was agreed upon with one case being an arbitration.

Honor your agreements.

Unbelievable. I guess ACCEPTING the binding arbitration doesn't count. Only on the planet USAPA.............

Thank you. I knew someone would step in that.

That's been the constant theme right, honor your agreements? Well, the TA was the first agreement, and it prohibited the use of the Nic without a jcba. We never got there, and any speculative reasons why don't matter. Then we amended the TA and that amendment was ratified.

Simple really.

See here is the issues with that. We had and agreement PRIOR to any arbitration and not until the east did what it does best by not honoring that agreement too did we push for an arbitration. That arbitrator stated when the list award comes out then we take 40% BUT since you went back on your word that too was stolen.

There is no way around this man, its clear as day what the east did.

Everything was combined and we had a single operating certificate prior to the first west furlough.
