Actually in all seriousness I could use a pointer or two on this. What sort of questions will I be asked about my flight experience? Should I prep some summaries or a type/role matrix or anything?
The no logbook actually made sense.

The phone interview pretty much served to confirm that you are who you say you are. The can ask you to provide that stuff later if they have doubts.

Once you have a few thousand hours, is it really worthwhile in an interview to do the math on how many cross-country night inverted time you have? Or would it be better to try to figure out if a person would gouge their eyes out on a 14 hr CVG-ICN flight with you?

There will be a point where they go over your resume and will ask some question here and there. It may seem that they're glossing over things but they are generally very sharp. The process here just doesn't put you through a lot of a@@ pain regarding proof. It's real simple...get caught in a lie and you're out. At the end of the whole process, they'll have a decent idea of who you are.

The honesty point above is the best tip. If you get the interview, they're telling you that the last hurdle is to prove you're not a raving lunatic.

Good luck.

True, but the previous multi-phase process was a bit of a$$ pain.

Seriously, what was the point of the writing exercise?

Hoops/dancing monkeys, but still....

I didn't have to write, but I did have goats and party hats!

The idea of the essay was to show HR if you can write a cognitive report or logbook entry that is easily understood. Your knowledge on the subject was inconsequential.

And that was all a known/given.

Yet it was a completely stupid way to test that skill set.

Since when they started that particular ring of the circus, ALL pilots on property HADN'T demonstrated that skill set were STILL employed

Seriously, you think that was such a big gripe/b1tch of the flight ops people that HR decided to incorporate it into the selection/hiring process?

If you happen to live in a base, Houston for example, but are based in CVG or wherever, would you still be charged imputed income getting to/from work? Or could the company just put you on company metal to get to work without the charge?

Atlas doesn't fly between bases very much, so it doesn't matter. Think there are 0 normal flights IAH-CVG.

That's not a bad method if the schedules line up. If, say, you're based in ANC and the company buys you a ticket to CVG to ride CVG-ANC on company? No imputed. It would take some planning on your part, however.
