Figured I owed a post, since I've gotten so much awesome info from this thread, and up until now I haven't had anything useful to give back.
I got the phone screening a couple days ago and will be interviewing in ANC April 28th.
Received the invitation for the online assessment back in mid-November, but I was on the road for 2 weeks and couldn't take it until the first week in December. Apparently, by then I had missed the December interviews. I guess I was in the penalty box for a few months after that, 'cause I didn't get the phone screening for the next couple series of interviews.
Finally, thanks I'm sure to some internal nudging by some good folks on the inside, HR finally called! Woo Hoo!
