All good, You're right. I think it should be also. But bringing in a replacement to train, they look at it as a week of company policy stuff with meetings etc followed by two weeks of training him into the position.
It's a non flying position not that it's relevent. Just saying.. They've been outstanding to work for.

From the time I recieved my offer to the time the class was to start was 16 days. I'm just stating exactly what happened. I would had even been fine if they were to push the start date out a couple months if needed. When I finally did get through to someone I was told that it was not easy to be reassigned another date. Finally, I was offered instead of the 767 which would had worked Ideal living in Ca, I was assigned a class for 737. Again, 16 days out. I had to decline. Pursued Atlas for years for the opportunity to get on so it was pretty disappointing to say the least. Especially after almost having all the CPat complete for the 76 and all my onboarding was done. Boiled down to just a breakdown in communications. I was even reading where several were deferring their dates out months. Noneless, staying optomistic for the next opportunity.
Send me a PM, it isn’t supposed to work this way and I have access to then right folks.

I am a little confused, you had time to do all the Onboarding, receive the CPAT and complete most of it, but you didn’t get more then a 16 day warning? As you mentioned seems like a little break down in communication.

If you are still interested, send me a PM. This may not be over.

Thats understandable. As Atlasvet said, it’s not over. Have a current employee who knows someone on hiring to advocate for you. Good Luck!

Snapped a shot of the completed onboarding tasks although I'm kicking myself for not doing the same for the CPat. Was 117 lessons, had about 90 done. No complaints, was interesting stuff to say the least. Also have all the emails also.. Will PM you. Thank you..

Default Recruiter screen

Do recruiters often not show up and don't respond to emails?
Was supposed to have an interview with an Atlas recruiter and I showed up 10 minutes before but even after waiting for almost an hour they never showed.

I have been hired recently and am very impressed with their professionalism so for. I can say that they are absolutely stretched to the max right now with hiring so you might have fallen through the cracks. While unfortunate, I don't think this is the norm at Atlas.

Was this a phone screen or your Teams interview? There are connectivity issues at times, usually resolved via phone calls, texts or emails.

Teams but they said to use audio only. I've emailed them several times but have gotten no response, no explanation.
I ended up rescheduling using the link from the original automated email, but if it happens again and they're not resppnsive, is there anything I can do?

This is the Atlas management contract negotiating style in a nutshell. To make it more realistic they would have to drag you into federal court over some made up nonsense.
