There is a thread about it in the interview experience section.
I agree with Dera here, super chill interview process. Make sure you meet the mins and the logbook is in order. They will send a technical study guide and that should cover most of it.

First year pay is actually $95/hr now (well, more accurately, $94 and some change that rounds up) for all fleets first year.

As you said, the pay is about 6 months out of date.

If people can go to Delta and upgrade in 4 months, by all means they should go to Delta. But we've never really been a direct peer of Delta's.

You make a good point about upgrade times, though. They're pushing
out, freight rates are dropping as is total tonnage. Upgrades will continue, however. We arent shutting down within tje next couple of years. I suspect things will feel "normal" with 5-7 year upgrades to widebodies and shorter times into the 737. All in all not a crisis. But that's just my crystal ball. Nobody really knows what the future holds.

Hire to you furlough comes to mind.

OT has ground to a complete stop. Seems like everyone is sucking wind on 64 hours.

Only way to make money at AAWW is through OT.

New hire class are being pushed out, and smaller class sizes.

If this keep up, you need to be more worried about keeping your job, instead of upgrading.

only reason why we won’t furlough is attrition, stay tuned.

You sure are depressing man.

Lots of things should change at Atlas, but you bending the truth doesn’t help either.

Classes being pushed out to catch up with SIM availability, since new hires are being sent home for months. That’s the only reason.

When you talk to senior guys with 20+ years at Atlas, they explain to you how EVERY year it slows down like this during Chinese New Year.

As I said, TONS of things need improvement here, including the toxicity some people bring to the table.

I'll echo that. Pretty normal to be slow this time of year.

Once WW3 kicks off, we'll have more AMC flying than we can handle. Just make sure you get your premium pay for carriage of munitions.
