Atlas Air Hiring
#5102
For what's worth this is by NO MEANS OFFICIAL! Having said that upgrade training 767 a quick look for 1/7 shows eleven and four on the 14th.
January 14th shows four on the 400.
Don't know how they will pair upgrades or anything for that matter but this might help with placing of new hires.
Oh yeah, and eight upgrades on 1/28. Hmmm. Guess just keep watching and see what happens with speculation.
As always, good luck.

I'm military getting ready to retire and have recently submitted my PAQ. I'm not available to start until late June, does anyone know if Atlas waits until your available before calling, testing, interviewing or will they lead it by a few months?
Thanks

I was interviewed and put in the pool 6-7 months before I retired. Give them your available date and it should be fine, they are very understanding and will work with you. My partner during initial was on terminal leave during training.

Had a head honcho in the JS. These 2 DHL 767-300ERF's we are getting will hub out of NRT. Few destinations include Guam, China and Australia. Pilots will start out of LAX and mostly likely deadhead to NRT from there. There could be a chance for more planes. Hiring for ENTIRE 2013 so those getting on now plan on cushioning below you.

So my brother-in-law is a Lear 45 pilot. He just flew to Portsmouth New Hampshire airport (KPSM). He told me that while he was there he saw a Atlas 777 sitting on the ramp. I immediately said that he saw one of our 767s and he swears it was a 777.
Can any of the 767 guys confirm that they have been to KPSM in the past week?
