Talking How many are in the pool?

Anybody know if usually all the hiring calls go out at once? (Should I even hold my breath?)
Is there any speculation on how many poolies are out there? Interviewed but no phone call... on the other hand no letter either.

Good luck

Just curious, but what is IOE seat support?

What's so difficult about grasping that on one leg, there's only going to be one landing?

As far as i can tell yes military friendly and no problems i've heard of, I'm about to embark on a tour myself but so far so good. Atlas is made up of mostly ex-mil anyway as well they get a fairly large portion of their business from USmil so can't imagine why they would upset that balance with a USERRA case. Just do it right give as much notice as possible and all will be good.

Can't say for sure but from my experience, they rack and stack guys according to a composite of the interview, test score, resume/experience, and don't know the breakdown of what/which is more important. I waited almost 2 months before i was awarded a class (no fdx letter), i was told i had passed all items but the obligatory phrase " this is no guarantee of employment" so it was my assumption i was in the pool.

KC
i've heard it rumored from a birdy on a very far away tree that Atlas and everybody else is short if the regs go thru as proposed, i've heard anywhere 10-15%. may help or hurt QOL/pay too soon to speculate without clear approved rules.

Gotcha. Does the FO doing the seat support get an override for that? Again, just curious.

Figured since you know everything, you don't need an explanation from me. Although C5guy was nice enough to provide it for you...

If you know the answer, move on. Let the others who may not have done any long halu ops dwell on how we do it. Some (like me) don't know everything...sorry about being short tempered, but I'm just interested in helping out the guys that need the information.

Don't need the know-it-all guys cluttering up the thread. If you know it all, just move on.
