I have heard everything from PBS to not paying back sick time at the end of the year. The IPA came to UPS with hundreds of people willing to walk away so the bottom 300 don't get furloughed. UPS never figured that would happen. Now they are scratching their heads trying to figure out how to fix the mess they are in. PR nightmare if they don't allow guys to walk away voluntarily and instead insist on concessions and or furlough.
