Cloud Sailor - not sure if this is what you meant but regardless of revisions, the disputed pairing will always remain disputed unless changed by the SIG. If it goes to another base than it's a different pairing number and thus not disputed. However, take LAX last month - the DP was voluntarily picked up by an FO, it was then revised to get rid of the "disputed sequence" and a nice DH was added on the end. Didn't matter when it was picked up - disputed pairing remain disputed and it was flown voluntarily so that didn't help the process. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's how I've always understood it.

Another small victory. Trip 76/06Apr on the MEM 757 was assigned to a new captain on RA. Unfortunately, 76 on 13 and 20 Apr are already picked up.

Our union bosses should find out who the traitor is and confiscate his lanyard!

No no. The one that says he’s a member of team ALPA.

I flew with the captain on the trip for 20 APR. I had been assigned a DP from RA, he had been drafted for it. He showed me his math on how much he was getting paid for that trip, and showed me a copy of his previous month's paycheck -- which was substantial, in which he had been drafted for one other high CH DP, and two other normal trips. He knew it was a DP, and because of the extra pay, he didn't think it was that bad... it was.

I agree, if it is picked up as a DP, no matter how it is revised, it counts against the process. If a CGN or MEM trip is a DP, and is then revised to include international DH's, then it can be flown voluntarily without counting against the process (I am not sure if the pairing number would change in that case). I would imagine that also applies for MEM/HKG Airbus -- who knows about MEM/LAX/ANC -11?

I am not an expert on the matter though, so, FWIW.

Did you fill out a fatigue report? More importantly if you were fatigued did you call it in? You mean CRS keep calling the same people for draft? Good thing or new LOA addresses this. What college did the guys lanyard support?
