ATI and ALPA just released another LOA. It sounds like this one includes HOME BASING.

Not at all. I also heard that their mec announced that he was retiring after the vote passed. Makes you wonder who is working for who.

What livery will the 737s be in? SAI, DHL or a hybrid of both companies?

The passage of the LoA does not mean DHL has awarded the contract to Southern. DHL is collecting bids for the contract and still has not announced their decision.

The LOA does not affect home basing for 777 and 747 crews.
The company may establish any base(s) for the 737.

Unbelievable. Reap what sow, gentlemen. Pathetic. I wash my hands of that pilot group...

Although DHL is getting exactly what they wanted with the Southern LOA, It wouldn't surprise me if they don't try and split up the flying between two carriers initially, or down the road. It would make future negotiations very difficult. Of course this doesn't make any sense unless you are thinking ahead. Something that most unions have a hard time doing.
The hole is only getting deeper.
