Sai 737 loa

Are you guys (Southern) getting any answers why you voted on something that wasn't guaranteed? Did you know it wasn't guaranteed Work? Seems to me this was a smoooooooooth way of yet another tactic by management to open a specific negotiation without being in Section 6.
Please correct me if I'm wrong as I've never been wrong before.

I suspect their answer went out the door the other day when the MEC resigned. Talk about bad timing.
Do you really think they are going to give all the 737's to Southern and give them extra leverage come next negotiations? Maybe with that lowball LOA they will reconsider eh?
Decision has already been made. Tuck your tail and keep wishing. Things are never as they seem.

You are right Larry, voting starts today.
I'm curious how SA guys voted in this LOA without homebasing and CASS? Is the Koolaid that good over there?

Just lurking around but seems like DHL really needs ATI to do this flying(also?) Is it just a case of being able to diversify the flying or something else? I'm sure there's other carriers out there that would love to fly this contract, why do they get a second vote?

This is at the ATI mgt ATI union level. DHL is not involved yet. This LOA is between Mgt and the pilots. The 1'st LOA was an insult to our Home Based bedrock CBA and voted down by this pilot group soundly. Not sure who approached who after that smack down, but a second LOA was hammered out. This time with Home Basing and other improvements.
Remember we can vote any LOA we want whether it be lowball or an out of the ballpark homerun. It would be up to Mgt to craft a proposal that would win the contract.
