You Atlas folks just seem to have a way of having an answer for everything so I'm not going to even discuss it with you types further... but at least let us have this space to worry about our issues with our group. You don't see us bombarding your threads. The only thing your crowd has been successful in stoking is resentment in other groups within 1224. If that was your goal, job well done.
To the actual Omni folks... anyone have an idea of how today's session went? I believe this was intended to wrap up on the 23rd, so I would imagine there's a few more days before written information starts being communicated from the official sources.

On the 1Q union telecon, DW alluded to the fact that a notification from our NC would be coming shortly. I haven't heard or seen anything yet.
Hopefully both sides come to an agreement today and tomorrow so we can begin to take advantage of the gains the NC has secured for us.

Exciting stuff.
Email just came out... we have an AIP. TA to come next week.
Hopefully it goes smoothly from here without interference from above.

I’m sure once they’re disclosed to the pilots someone will be around quickly enough to post them. Right now, the union says they’re working on language, which will be released to the pilots as a TA for voting in the coming weeks.
In short, pilots don’t yet have the official numbers, so there’s nothing to post.

All that is obviously speculation based on previously released information, but it's a general starting point for anyone on the outside who was interested in an idea of what we're going to be looking at.

I would bet it's safe to say that the numbers didn't decrease from the payscale the company posted on the infamous website. Roughly Kalitta DOS+1 to start for the hourly rate. No word at all on what they came up with for duty days, last we heard it was going to me a 16 on + 2 flexible + 4 callout days. It's also highly unlikely there will be any kind of rig. Improved travel (including business travel for most international legs), and hotel standards. The rest is a mystery in terms of where it came down.

I hope that this lack of interference continues. Since moving to ALPA, I am very impressed with their welcoming of our group and the amount of programs that they have for pilots. I am reading on our Web board that the 1224 loss of license insurance may in some cases be better than ALPA. Petersen has said that your policy is with them not 1224 and they will keep it in force as well as take on any new hires who want it. Best if both worlds is a nice thing.
The rest of the ALPA programs seem to be much better than Teamsters.
