Again, it comes down to your own pilot group. 1224 is a convenient target, but they're just the bargaining agent. Any pilot group that makes strong gains, Teamsters/ALPA/IPA/APA/etc., does so ONLY with a unified pilot group. Omni has problems because very few people care to volunteer and/or fly the CBA, not because 1224 is actively ignoring you.
Want to know the difference between Omni, Atlas, and ABX? Atlas and ABX have strong elected EXCOs that beat the solidarity drum, pilots aggressively enforce the CBA, and have strong committee structures. None of those things come about because 1224 makes them happen; WE make them happen.

GTI got a little more going for them than a few robust committees. 4x the crews, 6x the aircraft and a revenue multiple approaching 17, give or take. A piece of extra silver for these guys, what would it hurt?
