You'll have access to a van or two while in training & hotel is direct billed to company, so you don’t even need a CC when you show up.[/QUOTE]
Maybe. I just spent 2 weeks sitting reserve in Dallas and someone hogged the van keys 24/7… so
don’t count on it.

The vans are for the new hires, not active pilots. The new hire class has access to 2 vans throughout training, no maybe about it.

Vans are for the training classes, not the line pilots. But…even then, there are a couple courses of action…first, check the sign out sheet at front desk…call whoever has the keys & just ask if it can be borrowed for a bit. Second, just see what instructors are around…I’ve never been denied borrowing a vehicle from one of them when needed…
lastly, if you have a specific need, call dispatch & ask for what you need…you may get Uber authorization or a rental car for a bit. I’ve had zero issues by just being polite & asking for what I wanted/needed.
Cheers!

Don't waste your time. Management has brought in Ford and Harrison Law firm and requested NMB mediation. The choice to stall negotiations and fall further and farther behind the competition has been made. You would be better served applying to a Regional Airline.

The 80 hours is a program on the 76. Otherwise whenever you're sitting in BWI on SCAL, provided you can get to the airport within an hour (I suppose 2 hours depending on adequate transportation from the hotel or however it's worded) then yes stay home. LCAL you have 12 hours. You'll sit in BWI and Dallas a fair amount stateside.
