Jerry Glass from FH is perhaps the most famous airline union buster in the whole country. He is involved in almost all high profile contract arbitration cases. And his name is the first to be thrown out when airline wants to screw their pilots and get concessions.

To be perfectly honest if you don’t live in a major’s base and you think Omni will last until you retire you will not find a 121 with a better quality of life then Omni. But there are parts of the contract that need to be brought up to new industry standards.

And you are correct Omni has a much more relaxed schedule. Atlas has an AMC base that is know for its good schedules, that’s the entire company at Omni especially on the 767.
What's our AMC base known for good schedules?

This tube steak must be corporate, military or brand new to the game….Ford and Harrison are universally known as the go to guys to break a union….It is their entire business model.

My understanding is it’s your JFK 767 base that does your part of the AMC flying.

How long have you been in management - or hiding under a rock - that you don't know F&H's well deserved industry reputation as union busters? They are discussed all over APC.

I know from personal experience sitting across the table from them what they are.

Well now I'm hoping they call, seems like Omni is what I'm looking for.

2600 TT, 1950 Turbine, 325 TPIC, handful of NAT crossings in both seats, 3 PIC jet types, A&P, 135 but no 121 or internal recs. Hopefully I get on the radar with that.

You do realize that doubting some of these claims doesn't make someone management. Doubting our unions ability to get us more money doesn't make someone management either. Perhaps I have higher expectations than you/ya'll do. But carry on with accepting lack of progress like that's a winning game plan.

Yeah? How’d they do in 2018? Were you as much a sour grape then too when we went to the highest first year pay rate in the entire 121 industry?
