While it is going to some growing pains, I think the pilot group and pilot management has been working hard to keep the operation going. They have very aggressive goals.

In 10 months:
1: 121 certified
2: 6 airplanes with Wifi.
3: EFB Approved and certified.
4: OPT Approved and certified.
5: paperless cockpit. No paper flight plan.
6: one B737 simulator on property (1 out of 4)
7: one FTD on property. (1 out of 4)
8: confirmed order of 20 B737 max.
9: confirmed order of 20 MRJ.
10: employing more than 200 people.
11:long range navigation approved.

And many more.

I will say thank you E.W for the job well done.
And only time will tell.
Well...you are for sure drinking something strange.

Let us look at your list.

1. OK yes...still needing some more years until they are scheduled if they can get their act together...doubtful.
2. Say again....not even now...8 month's later do they have wifi on more than 1 as far as I know.
3. BS.
4. Sort of.
5. HA HA HA HA.
6. Yes, but that is somebody else's.
7. No idea.
8. sure...drink some more kool aid.
9. They will not be around until the time those MRJ's are ready for shipment.
10. True
11. True, except nobody knows how to use it...so I have been told.

Well...this is more of a realistic truth me thinks.

TD.

How about landing within the first third of the runway versus landing in the last 1/4?

1) Does new Eastern have a jump seat agreement with American?

2) Is 3,000 TT a hard number? (If pilot is ATP and over 1k Turbine PIC)

I've been a corporate guy for most of my career. I'm currently flying the G550/650 around the world and would like to break into the 121 charter world. Anyone know EAL take on corporate guys?

Thanks for the input guys. Since I don't have any 121 time-I figured this may help to get into a Legacy later on down the road.

You do realize 121supp is going to be a pay cut (probably significant) from your current gig.

Any 121 job will be a significant pay cut for the first couple years at least. However, in the long run I think it will pay off.
