I didn't know there even was a pool, I think still interviewing though, had a good friend get hired on a week ago

Heard from a reputable source involved in hiring about 10 days ago that Compass is hiring about 40 pilots this round. But no word on why or if they're going into a pool or straight to class.

I heard a similar number. 6 classes of 6. When they show up, I will believe it.

Does Compass have any work rules, e.g. duty/trip rigs?

not in the current contract no

only thing is 3.5hr min duty day...gotta be on duty though not a 30 hr layover.

Never, we are switching to an all F/O cockpit crew as the capitans flow. It will be much cheaper that way. Or January, or April. It depends on what rumors you listen to.
