You get your badge and jumpseat privilages right away when you come in for the first day of basic indoc.

Does Compass stick hard and fast to their minimum time requirement of 1500 hours? Do you basically need 121 experience to earn an interview?

I believe the 1500 hours is a hard requirement as FOs get their ATP. Not sure about the 121 time, but there are hundreds of furloughs out job hunting right now. It would probably help.

Delta and ALPA just came to a TA on a new pilot contract 7 months ahead of it's ammendable date. Could mean big news in the near future for Delta and as a byproduct maybe Compass too......
