Yeah and also everyone on the list will be eligable for the flow. And Compass is getting 10 more E175s to fly for Delta and opening an LAX base in September....

I guess one can dream, right?

Then ride the belt loader back up to the jet bridge.

So the last classes of this hiring push are going to be late December? How are the trips once you're a line holder? Commutable, productive? Do you guys bid hard lines or is it PBS?

Thanks

We utilize PBS for bidding and the trips are pretty productive, for the most part. Delta utilizes the aircraft on pretty long segments, so it is not uncommon to fly 7 hours a day, yet only do two legs.

Lines are anywhere from 12-19 days off, on average. In DTW, the junior base, most pilots commute, so it may be a little harder to hold a completely commutable line as a junior lineholder.

That's already in the Flow LOA.

c. Unless waived by agreement between Delta and Compass, the maximum number of Compass pilots flowing up to Delta will be the lesser of:

1) 25% of the total Compass pilot group (as defined in the Compass CBA) over a
rolling 12-month period, or

2) 20 pilots per month.

Just talked to the Compass ALPA President. He said that as long as all parties (CP ALPA, DLPA, Transstates and Delta) are in agreement the current LOA is entirely amendable. Not saying it's gonna happen, just saying it's possible.
