How can I contact HR or at least have them look at my application?
No 121 time but have over 3K hours, a degree, and no criminal history.

Applied via airlineapps last year and never heard back. Updated airlineapps again last week.

The difference at Compass is if you an overage earlier in the trip you lost it in the shuffle. You are paid the original value of the trip when a cancellation occurs.

Right, that's the trip guarantee part of the deal that I didn't catch on to when I responded to the post. It's not necessarily block-or-better. It's trip guarantee so you lose all the overtime gained within a specific pairing if it occurs.

They are doing non 121/135 because the pool of previous 121 guys has been drying up. In my class there was 3 people (I was doing part 91 corporate with non 121 experience, one guy from lakes, and one guy had been flying medivac in a pc-12). The guys in the training dept even said they see a lot of non 121 people coming through, it takes more work not being 121 because the training schedule is not built for people with no 121 time, jet time, or fms experience. It took me about a month to get an email after my airline apps was updates, this was back in november/december time period.

PSA is leg by leg block or better.

Yepppp.PSA Pilot or PSA Hiring Lackey. Little nervous Compass is going to now take whatever little bit of new hires you had left coming your way? Phone Interviews not working out so well?

The word is out. Going to PSA right now to catch the tail end of growth hiring versus going to Compass, who has yet to even begin AND has a far less upgrade time than you right now? No brainer! Throw in as well that Compass pilots didn't bend over and take it in the hiney to get those new airplanes either.

Haha!! Yeah!!! Work for PSA! We pay better than Mesa!!

Tail end of growth? PSA has 682 pilots on the June 10th seniority list, and many of those are still showing training status. They will need pilots 900-1000 line pilots total, not including full time instructors. Upgrade time is at 3 years, and will be less than 2 shortly.

Really? Want to compare pay checks? PSA insurance is better than sister airline Envoy, and costs the pilots less.
