Don't plan on any flying being permanent. We are used as a filler between the 50 seat market and 100+ seat market.

If Delta does more of the shuttle flights in the winter, what does Compass do with the plane and crew? I ask because certain # of planes/crew are assigned right now.

No, Delta is flying a 717 on half of them come summer. If it is successful, I imagine they do them all eventually.

A couple people who recently interviewed this month said upgrade times are under a year? That seems a little far fetched?

Seeing as the last upgrade class went to a January 2014 hire, the under a 1 year upgrade isn't very far fetched at all.
