I was talking about Compass....the whole world doesn't revolve around SKW as much as you'd like it to. Notice that this is a Compass Thread...I have no idea what other airline's execs do. I DO know that our executives don't do ride-alongs to see what they're actually in charge of. If they do then they're doing it in secret and should be fired for their complete inability to run an airline or come up with ways to solve basic issues. I can't STAND getting emails from the high-ups saying we need to do better.

AB is a nice fish. I toss him back in the water every time just so I can reel him in again. Puts up a little fight, but still swims off like a good boy whenever I cut the line loose. Heck, by now the guy probably has 15 hooks lodged in his big mouth. It's like catching a 300lb 74 year old sea turtle trolling along at 25 knots drinking a beer. No skill needed, it's still fun.

I'm a 135 guy too thinking about jumping ship. Cruising the forums and saw this post and discussed it with another former 135 guy just finishing training at a different regional airline. Apparently his chief pilot interpreted this 135 reg as saying a turbojet of 10 pax plus. After reading the reg myself I believe the chief pilot is mistaken in his interpretation. It's turbojet, OR a plane of 10+ pax.
I'm tempted to bring my Unrestricted ATP and 1000+ PIC in a C402 over to Compass for an immediate upgrade. They still upgrading qualified people right out of indoc?
