While your point is quite valid; there is not much to complain about here at Compass and I'm very pleased with my decision to make the switch, this is a public forum and someone posted about our lacking IT department and I responded with my views on the subject and referenced a comparison.
No one voted you forum monitor and you don't get to decide what topics people can write about or not.
Is this a huge issue? Nah...not at all.
And thanks for your concern, but I have been successful in my studies thus far without you.

I'm betting the next big upgrade bid hits guys still in new hire orientation. Any takers?

Been saying this for months... slowly people are coming around and realizing it is going to happen.

I respectfully disagree, upgrading is not easy. It's already a steep learning curve for anyone who has experience in the E170 and is familiar with our AOM/FOM. I'm glad you think it's such an easy job but that's not the case for most. Someone hired with no jet time and little experience with our operations and upgrades right our of FO training is in for a rough ride. Add to that flying with an inexperienced FO right out of CA IOE and you're in for a ride.

And as a result they have "Airbus babies" whose only experience is being a cruise relief first officer and can't recognize a high altitude stall. No thank you keep those cadets our of our airlines.
