That's Delta Service. DS not sure what it is, but they are above us!

We're the same priority as DS. If your hire date is earlier than a DS hire date, you will have priority over them.

Unless your "overs" are greater than the value of the canceled legs. Example, days 1-3 accumulate 100 minutes of "overs." Day 4 leg worth 90 minutes cancels. You just got yourself 10 minutes of extra pay.

Can anyone explain why every day on the reserve grid is red? I can't drop a trip I need to drop because the day is red but there's 6 people on reserve that day. On the Seattle FO grid for October there is a day with 12 reserves that's red. What's the point of being able to drop trips if every day is red?

Reserve levels are set by planning for how many people they think they will need that day. It is supposed to be a fluid number but its usually hard set around the 12-15 people every month I have noticed. I agree it is sad when its red with 15 people and the base such as Seattle only has 40 total people in that position. Its a great way to be able to keep everyone as is and not allow for any change, and its working.
