Two questions:
1) Let’s say someone is awarded a new aircraft on this Sept AE, with training in February. Then they subsequently get awarded a new category on the Nov/Dec AE (assuming there’s a new category) with training in Mar/April. I assume they wouldn’t go to the first training? Is the previous award automatically cancelled?
2) the September AE is 210 days. Does this mean that training could begin anytime between Oct and Apr (7 months), or that conversion must occur in that time (in other words I’m wondering how late training could possibly start).
Thank you in advance!

If there's not an easy solution to pulling you from training and putting someone else in that seat, the company could find your training preferable to paying/burning seat fillers...you'd do just fine in that role.

There is a long history here .... the affections of one reptile towards another reptile got one of our favorites, ACL65 in trouble with a moderator. No side boob, no reptiles procreating; this board has standards!
Oh and BTW, what sound does a horny toad make?

Wish we had more clarity as to what had been agreed to on the topic of "crew augmentation." I am assuming it is current book since there have been no headlines.

You’d have to do the full course. The short course is only available when going to the 717 directly from the -88.

They ended up cancelling his 73N training, putting him back on the non-existent NYCM88 line, and pay protecting him for the 73N. So basically he got two months off with pay, got a raise when he went to training, and then another one once he started flying the 7ER. The company got to use his training slot for someone who was actually going to fly the plane.
