Glad you agree with the CP about fellow pilots not getting paid. Nice...
As I stated you should get paid if you notified them in advance. You have also now changed your posts from I am not getting paid to under review. When you filled out the template 30 days prior putting that you will not accept a extension should be sufficient notice.

I filled out a template for my sim availability.
They default me to an extension, I told them I want a Sim,

Not getting paid as of right now. NQ is what they give you, to get NQAT it needs to be “reviewed”

I don’t doubt at some point I’ll be paid, there will be waves of people in this situation. I was just sharing my experience.

Apparently the company let sim schedulers go and lots of sim time went unused in June. This is their mess that we are supposed to fix.

I feel your frustration. Realize many on here support you even though you are dealing with this BS. Thanks for sharing your experiences and knowing when to set the parking brake in the name of safety.

Thanks Jaww
That’s the original intent of my post,
Be prepared to be threatened with NO PAY if you refuse an extension.

Oh well, I still think set the brake and let the dust settle. That’s what we are paid to do. (Eventually ha!)

FWIW, I distinctly remember PB saying something in a Skyhub Town Hall something like 4-6 weeks ago maybe. He said something to the effect that if anyone felt they needed a sim before flying again after a long layoff, you would get one. I wish I could give a better pointout than that, but he said it. Seems absurd to be playing semantical games, because he also said in one of this video updates w/r/t refusing an extension "it doesn't work that way". Fly safely.

Yeah I noticed that in one of his updates that specifically pointed out that the FAA gave Delta the right to extend you so refusing didn’t work that way.

You have me confused. Did the CP’s office tell you that your not getting paid or did they tell you it has to be reviewed? Did you give them reasonable notice you would refuse a extension? This was your earlier post.

I spoke w CP today, I had filled out template for available sim times.
Expired recently, called and now have a month of NQ.
Was told non pay status.

Have you contacted your reps yet? They need to know

Yes I contacted my rep they know. It’s a common issue. In my opinion they are pushing pilots. We are ultimately responsible for safety.

I am comfortable with my decision.
