I figured as much, I had just never thought of that scenario and was curious. Thanks.

I'd just hang out for a month and see how your pay shakes out. It'll all work itself out in the end and you'll save yourself and someone on the other end headaches getting worked up well before the paychecks that cover January come out.
Roger, will do...just figured I'd ask the experts in case I needed to fill out a Smart Sheet on DLNet or something. Thanks.

My question is, what else do I have to do? I'm assuming they won't just do it correctly. I can't believe I have to ask this, but does being on the Conversion List actually mean you'll be converted? I thought I'd heard of multiple people not actually being converted/having training pushed back, etc. Do I need to email someone after 31JAN and say 'I should be pay protected'?
from the same AE, and requiring the same training? If so, then you’re pay protected.

I assume these junior pilots were the same AE? If they got their award in Oct and you in the April bid, there’s no pay protection. Protection only counts in the same AE.

With multiple AES out there, I have to ask.

Ah, good point. I will have to check that. I knew it had to be more complicated somehow.

ALCON,

Lets take the pay protection discussion to the 2022 AE thread, because its not really relevant to this thread about new hire class drops for indoc.

How long is Indoc? How long is the wait from end of indoc to sim training currently ? When do you find that date out? Prior or after indoc. Thanks.
