drought? They've exhausted almost all the openings there for countless classes. It's about time we start scattering and putting people elsewhere with massive vacancies and horrific staffing lol but hey let's put 90% of our new hires in NYC

NY is going to drain again next bid. It’s an ending cycle.

If they fix NY trips, people would stay longer.

Yeah, and then the bid will probably leave hundreds of openings. It is a cycle. But we shouldn't be surprised NYC hasn't been on the last few bids. We are towards the end of openings from our last AE. If they didn't delay it we should probably be bidding on one right now..

Costs and savings on two different spreadsheets or calculated by two different employees shall never consider the other. We only do cross-divisional tiger teams to discover that we are undermanned, and to decide how to avoid fixing that fact. Oh…and IT meltdowns. Those are ripe for tiger teams too.
