I mean, whatever floats your boat. If he was senior at Allegiant with less than 20 years left, coming here is probably a break even proposition or worse.

I would be surprised if he can just come back. Most contracts have clauses for what happens when you resign. You can't just come back at your seniority because it's convenient for management

You've obviously never worked for Allegiant. Even if someone spent their last 10 years in the right seat at DAL the contract and QOL are night and day. Allegiant has become a miserable place to work unless you're in the top 30%.

No, there's no provision in the Allegiant contract to go back except as a new hire. Which makes it even more nuts. Seems to me someone would only do that if their leaving DAL wasn't voluntary.

What? You're babbling again.

If you're insinuating it's me, that's pretty funny.

How does this web board not recognize a classic line from Tombstone?

I have former coworkers there who don't plan on going anywhere. I can't speak to their quality of life but they seem happy and are pretty comfortable with their pay while living in central Florida. I asked one if they wanted a rec for Delta and he said nah, he's good.

Like I said, it's personal preference. Either way, it has zero impact on me and my feelings about my decision

I’ve only seen Flight, Topgun, and Airplane!. What kind of planes do they fly in this Tombstone movie?
