There’s always going to be no shows right now with everyone hiring. And people will always leave pax for boxes. But 30%, no.

The current take rate I heard on offers is down slightly but still the highest in the industry. Classes are full with no empty seats. In fact the pool time to start is several months.

Our wait time to start is still 2-3 months. That’s with 200 starting per month.

People will always move to different airlines early on. The pension at FedEx isn’t the driving force. Nor is our profit sharing why some at FE come to Delta. 9/10 times domiciles are the determining factor.

Good information, thank you.

How much preparation does Delta do for each First Officer student prior to Indoc starting? The reason I ask is that I live in Atlanta maybe 25 minutes from the Delta training center, so if someone fell out could I be put into the Indoc class?

I had a guy in my class a earlier this year in a similar situation. He was told they look at who in the next class has a request in to come sooner. You could email them and ask to be contacted if a spot opens.

This. That goes for interview dates and class start dates. I had a buddy that interviewed in 2019 that got a last second call for an interview date. Got in a month early. At today’s hiring, that’s a lot of numbers…

At least on the 73, they were just using Miami for a single block…I believe it was the 300 (maneuvers) block. Everything else was in ATL
