That is not always a correct assumption.

I've had friends fired after a PRIA hit. I've had friends leave the Navy with a class date before their terminal leave ends, only to have it keep on getting punted.

Firing probationary pilots after a PRIA check isn't uncommon.

Definitely not true, unless you consider mil retirement getting paid. I recevied my CJO back in April and will be starting in the first class in Jan. Yeah, it's been a long wait, but there are many others in a worse situation than ours. I'm sure one of us will let y'all know what drops when it drops. Fingers crossed it'll be tomorrow.
