320 - 14%
220 - 4%

Capt
320 - 94%
220 - 93%

With the current AEs waiting to finish I would hold Capt at about 70% on the 320 and 90% on the 73N.

If you are a NH you can use widget seniority to see all this.

Thanks. Do you have the same data for ATL?

Add about 60% to all above % and that’s what ATL would be.

from the alpa page. When conversions are done from outstanding AEs, I’ll be about 6 years with company. Here are Atl #
330. Unable
765. 89%
7er. 39%
737. 43%
320. 37%
717. 25%

capt
320. 96%
717. 91%

Its eye opening when you see nyc v Atl side by side. If the commutablility wasn’t total garbage, I’d entertain the idea of commute to nyc

Current ATL 5 years on property:
7ER: 68%
73N: 66%
320: 71%
717: 34%

The 7ER has only recently come down to the other categories’ percentages. Traditionally, it’s been 20+% worse than other ‘true’ NB categories, if not more.

Also, when the current “outstanding” AE’s fully convert by about May, these numbers will drop another 10-20% (5.5 years on property for these same people). Good for everyone.

*Edit* noDeskJob beat me to it. For comparison, I think his numbers are what it will be in ATL in May for a ~6 year pilot, which compares to the “10-20%” lower numbers I cited for the same time-frame 5.5 year. But you get the idea. Also, the reason the 320 percentages dropped so much more is because they just added 100 positions growing the category for 321 NEO deliveries, going from 400 to 500 pilots each seat.

Question Advice for NH who wants SEA

Looking for advice on what to bid for a/c wise in order to get SEA the fastest. Would really enjoy the 320 long term but I know that’s not really an option at the moment. Are the rumors strong enough about SEA 320 opening that i should go for it? Or play it safe and go 220 or 73N? Just concerned about seat locks and all that jazz. Thx!

bid either 220/73 because they are in SEA now.

If/when SEA 320 opens, it will be a new category, so everyone, regardless of seat lock, will be eligible to bid for it.
