Then ... want us to greet, smile, make up excuses for ground operations falling apart, ... the virtuous circle begins with complying with our contract; just like we do when we got up at 0400 to be squeezed into a double, or tripled up, crew van to pass on meals because we can't get through a line at the airport. When we are briefing the CDL & MEL items after running across the airport to swap airplanes.
IMHO we should be picketing. Like to ask the Managing Director – Consumer Insight, and the Manager – Insight Integration to imagine our customers having to push through informational picketing over the repeated, careless, breaches of our agreement.

Amazing that they see no need to even explain themselves or make excuses for network. Instead, they send out memos stating they are going to take more; unilateral self help, daring us to grieve it.

From the article on Deltanet, it sounds like they may be dropping the CPT stop when they resume ATL-JNB in August. I wonder if Airbus came out with another PIP or some other solution to solve the performance issues out of JNB. Maybe they're just planning on blocking a bunch of seats to focus on cargo for the time being?

I’d expect us to sniff around for good prices on groups of Jets as they come available. Doubt WB prices have been this low in a long time.
Out of curiosity, what has been the highest number of top of scale aircraft we’ve operated? The 16 744s and 18 772s? First started to go in 2014/15 from what I can tell.
