I took the Delta Online Assessment 2 months ago, got told TBNT, and try again in 6 months. I have a CJO from Endeavor with a training start date in June. If I go to Endeavor will the Delta hiring board not allow me to take the Online Assessment and/or deny me an interview bc I'm in a DCI Carrier?
You can still be hired off the street if you're at a flow carrier so I wouldn't think it would change much for you. I'm sure someone with more direct knowledge will chime in.

Default Delta job fair

Anyone know the dress code for the delta job fair in Atlanta next week? I’m guessing the attire would be what you would wear to an interview? I know delta is a stickler for following directions and want to make sure correct dress code.

Endeavor ots cjos are being told 8-12 months for a class date. One I know of got the cjo earlier this year and is being good Jan 2023 for a class date. But yes I would imagine you could try again in 6 months but if you're a dci pilot and your get the cjo good luck getting the earliest class date.

Hi guys, is the remote assessment the MMPI or is this a panel interview? It says it will be monitored via video and audio.

Neither.

These are brain games and if you pass, you get the invite. Post #2017 has a list of all the sections. I paid the fee on airlineassessmentprep.com to practice the sections on medium at a minimum. If you can do hard, even better. You'll take a small personality test at the end of it, too. The MMPI is taken on interview day and is approx 400 questions.

Okay thanks buddy! Is there any interaction with them during this? Or they just want to watch you sweat and hear how many expletives you let out under pressure?

Personality test is really the deciding factor on that test. GL.
