Doesn't the assessment email tell you to contact them after 7 days if you haven't heard back? It used to.

I can answer the first part.
1) Indoc: 4 weekdays (TUES-FRI), weekend off, 3 weekdays (M-W.) Wing ceremony at end of last day (3 guests permitted, 1 can get positive space ticket to the event)
2) Minimum 7 days off (self-study systems/flows)
3) New Hire day, New to Manufacturer Day, Systems Test, FTD's, then Sim's. Footprint here is generally about 30 days, with a 4-5 on, 2 off schedule.
4) Observation flight (jumpseat observation) scheduled during step 3), a few days after completion of step 3)
5) OE

Is Delta now providing hotels for Indoc and follow on training along with transportation to the training center? If so, any idea what hotel?
Thanks

Hotels for Initial Qual has been a thing since post-covid hiring started back up.
Hotels provide transpo or you can walk.
We don't post hotel names.

I interviewed on 4/20, sent to the PARB on 4/24, cleared on 5/3. I believe they meet weekly at the moment. Good luck to them!

For indoc, hotel is provided from beginning to end (i.e. you keep the room over the weekend, through the day after the Wing ceremony.)
Same for training, you'll be booked a room that you keep through the entire training footprint until the final sim ride (44x).
Also, training pay is now totally different (better) since the new contract. You get full 1st year FO hourly rate at 2.5hrs a day including days off (essentially 75hrs for a 30 day month), which is relatively the same as reserve guarantee, starting at day 1 of indoc until you're done with OE and on the line.

I would add, you will have positive space ticket to/from Indoc, and learn on day 1 how to book your own positive space tickets throughout Training to go home on your days off.

Just one note on the part I bolded - I think if you end up going away from ATL for a part of your training you will not get hotels in both locations. You’d have to check out of your ATL when you travel to your offsite lactation (MIA for example) then have to recheck in one you get back. I could be wrong through as it’s been a long time since I did offsite training.
