I bet that wasn’t your fault.

having your resume reviewed or any kind of interview prep is not pay to play. buying type ratings, your own training, etc is pay to play. you're mindset is all wrong and you don't even realize it.

Typical flow mentality.

This is silly, and I disagree. Even though probably 90+% of applicants at every legacy airline pay for one or both of app review & interview prep, this guy has it all figured out.

Why has his app been sitting untouched for over a year, despite having loads of turbine & PIC time? Who knows, but it definitely isn’t his fault, and he’s not going to pay to fix it.

Paying to play is requiring the applicant to pay for things that are traditionally paid for by the company just to get a job. Paying to make sure you aren't shooting yourself in your own foot is not paying to play. That's professionalism.

I knew I would trigger all you Delta bros and you’re making it an easy choice to move on from even thinking about working at Delta. Way to meet the reputation of being the worst pilot group. Also when you tell people over and over again they’re on guard while also being on guard is broadcast over a loud speaker in every controlling agency in range. This is why so many controllers go off the line to turn you off

How old are you, and do your parents have wood siding in their basement?

if you end up flowing, our training department and LCAs are going to tear you a new one with this attitude. we're for the better that you're "moving on" and becoming someone else's problem.
