Keep in mind you are making a loan to the company. I prefer to keep my bank negative so the company is loaning me money.

A zero interest loan, that if you change seats or gain time in service, you can withdraw at a higher dollar value than when they were deposited....

In addition to the YOS, aircraft/seat change, you can also put hours in the bank and pay yourself back when profit sharing returns or a new contract is signed. Stack enough of these items and it’s worth it.

Lol yes. One of so many sports there are on the WB...usually learned after being burned a few times.

Works OK if you're moving seats relatively soon, or you're not doing anything with your money on the outside. The other bad part is you actually have to work enough to get 80 hours of credit. Outside of vacation months, that's a lot of work.

TOFF credit from PB day usage is about the only other time my credit exceeds 80.

Default RES GS

Does the REG G/S TRIGGER affect RES GS? I know, it says “REG”…

RES Pilot for Nov:

G/S Trigger is 66:00
after MLOA, I have 59:18 credit to G/S.

Just picked up a 4 day G/S for 22:50.

Do I need to add time from my bank to reach 66:00 before the 22:50 goes on top or will it go on top of my 59:18?

Nope. Just goes above your 59:18 guarantee. No reserve GS trigger.

You can take or borrow 5hrs out of your bank and then have 64:10 towards trigger. Then on GS the first 1:42 will be straight pay and the rest will be paid as a GS unless you can find a short WS to pick up a little more before end of the month.

Copy, thanks.

I now have two PB days (2x res days at the end of Nov dropped) in the bank but going into a RES month in Dec. Can I hold those for the Jan bid period? If I don’t use them in Jan, they turn into vacation days, correct?
