How is this supposed to be coded so I get the premium pay on the time card? Thanks in advance. I plan on calling the schedulers but would like to have knowledge of how this should work first 100%
Sched Alert 19-07 covers RES GS < 12 hours to report

F#1, F#2, etc depending on how many green slips you've flown this month. Key being F not G.

If a reserve pilot is FULL and is offered a green slip during on-call days that are marked FULL - it's just straight pay with NO payback days, right? Thanks.

Default YS Question

I know there are multiple PCS runs through the day. Are YS’s processed last? I have LC beginning tomorrow and have a slip request in but trying to understand the system a bit. When might I find out if I was awarded flying? 1500?

sorry for the newb question. First LC off OE…

If the trip is in open time for the next day then the YS would be run at 7AM. If a trip pops up after 7AM for the following day I’m not sure if YS’s still apply or not. Someone more well versed on that can come in.

Your YS will be processed manually by Scheduling during next day trip coverage which starts no earlier than 8am the day prior.

The Schedule Reference Handbook is an excellent reference. I’m not that far in here, and it has helped me immensely.

Does notification come soon after that? Trip has been in open time for several days and I’ve had my slip in for a week. Trying to figure out if I should leave for NY this afternoon…

If it is assigned to you you'll get a notification almost immediately.

Also, YS's can be tricky if the trip you want doesn't match perfectly with your days of availability.
