I know I've seen this written down but can't seem to find it. What time does scheduling process YS requests? Is that time any different than other PCS requests?

If you know the reference, please pass that as well. Thanks!

NET completion of 0700 PCS run. Usually starting at ~0800. Keep in mind they pull Trip Coverage reports, so you need to have the YS in before that. Changes after the fact are not able to be used. Good luck.

Should be 8am base time. 23 B2. Would have to look at C16 to see the current language being used as C19 language isn't implemented yet.

PCS isn't for rotation coverage.

I’m fully aware of that. The NET 0700 PCS run must be complete before the rotations remaining in Open Time can be assigned under 23.N. The first PCS run is not always complete at 0800. Thus the word completion in my post which you quoted.

Say you have a reserve schedule, with the next month being a line holder. You’re On call the end of the month, then days off on the next (regular schedule) month. Can they assign you a reserve trip that goes into your regular days off? And if so, how far into your days off?

C2019 that is now always a proffer. Ref 23.N.5 and N.10. 23.G.10 explains the pay for a pilot who YS on on call days into reg line days off/diff category.

If you have a YS for flying and a YS for getting assigned short call, which one gets run first? Would this be a reasonable way to express a preference of "I'd like one of these trips, otherwise I'd like short call"?
