I almost prefer them forgetting and would agree, atleast 70% of the time you have to call.... frustrating that we have to do their job, but it does allows us some control of what/how we get our payback days...ie banked vs placed on off days

PB days earned in March of this year are banked until the end of the year. They don’t turn into vacation until 2024 (if left unused)

I had the same thought last year when I earned a few PB days in March. The way it is worded and led me to believe what you said above where my PB days earned in March turned into vacation at the end of the month. But they stayed on my time card as available until I used them I later that year.

In FEB through MAR you have 2 PB day types and they are both on the time card. 1) PB days available for use until the end of the calendar year and 2) SUP/PB days that convert on April 1. (which were accumulated the previous calendar year)

Asking for a friend. Let's say your long call day has officially started. You then notice that scheduling has added a trip to your schedule, but they never called. I'm assuming that once your LC starts they have to physically call you to notify you of any assignment. What's the best course of action if they didn't call and its now inside of 12 hours?
