we all rage at the new thing. then we realize it’s fine. the bus fleets are going through it now with the flysmart system. every time a “problem” with the system arises and gets answered, it results in a “huh, that wasn’t so bad”

Until you realize your bookmarks and annotations are useless after each document update. Hopefully, they've fixed that with the latest versions of Comply.

Does anyone know how to look at bookmarks only and not annotations. Seeing both makes bookmarking pointless.

This!!!!

I have lots of bookmarks in manuals like the FOM for things like Post RTO Considerations, Passenger Removal, etc. but I also have a bunch of highlighted items. Aerodocs kept the bookmarks separated from the highlights. Now it's one big mish-mash making bookmarks useless. Has anyone found a way to separate the two?

In the viewer, if you open the sidebar and click the bookmarks icon, bookmarks and annotations are separated out for the current document in the viewer.

There is also a feature called tags which is a workaround similar to bookmark groups. There is more detailed info available in the Comply 365 Supplemental Guide in the additional support folder.

Is there a way to search recent highlights that have been made in Aerodocs? I read that any made after mid-May won’t be exported over.

I just love how they did that cutoff BEFORE letting us use Comply in an official capacity.

I wish you were right, but I see every annotation as well as bookmarks. Something in settings I'm missing?

On the bright side, no face ID required.
