There is one chance we could get a partial win. The NMB releases us. Not likely but possible. The PEB recommendations would however almost certainly fall within the range of current TA’s. I suspect however the press coverage if released would cause a large reduction in advanced bookings. The company would likely throw a few more percent into the pot to prevent that.

They will park us if they believe we are being too aggressive and stubborn.
It’s easy to know who the NMB thinks is being the difficult party based on parking vs releasing.
