and it was called “retro” regardless of those that are acting coy about it now. Funny they are having trouble remembering those details, but can find contract stuff from 20 years ago no problem.

Yeah, what an awesome deal that would be.

If the details I saw on Americans TA turn out to be true the chances of a ratifiable TA at Delta just dropped to zero.

Why don't we just save the cloak and dagger and post what you've heard? It'll be confirmed or refuted, as appropriate.

19% raise (12/5/2) over 3 years
Retro pay (6 months)
Signing bonus
Snap up if DAL/ual/SWA get better rates to match
them or open negotiations (limited to 3% and 2 year
waiting period)
Profit sharing set aside to pilots only (but also
includes wholly owned regional pilots so very diluted)
Variable premium
Designated prem days
LTD now pays 12k/mo
RHRA if you have 150k in sick bank when you retire
you take it with you
Market based cash balance plan when you exceed
the max 401k
APA has a say on how many 1,2,3,4,5 day trips the
company publishes
Hotel language improvement (not really
though..
..actually potentially worse than current
language depending on how executed)
Check airmen (sim)now get 20% override and only
have 15 days (138 hrs of pay) of work. Line only
check airmen get a 30% override with a 108hr
quarantee
Reserve Premium if called before 10am
Reassignments now trigger premium. If you are a
reserve pilot with any reassignment it triggers an
above guarantee prem (but only on reassigned legs
not entire sequence like Alaska got).
Reduce seat lock to 12 months
Creation of blank lines of you just want to just see
what you can build your line up
Change to how we do recovery obligations for
canceled trips (if you sign in and your trip is
cancelled you have to do 5 hrs of airport standby to
be pay protected)
Signing bonus is $17 mil total for 15,000 pilots. $1100
a piece roughly

Looks like some good, some bad. However, that signing bonus and retro have to be a joke. Complete non-starter, at least for me. The rate increases are pathetic too. Do better APA.

EDIT: I know I changed my post after you quoted it. But the change seems appropriate.😅
