Lol, we should start the thread early based on projections so we can see plenty of that. Maybe even the hat wearing, non green lanyard wearing guys will get upset enough to change their minds.

being that many that choose to stay at a regional dont look past the end of their nose in regards to their careers. I'd assume anyone staying now simply is ignoring that mainline is throwing money at the regionals to float them long enough to resolve the issue. Its in no way a long term plan to pay these rates at the regionals long term . They'll get paid now but lose out on the seniority, eventual qol and career money that comes with moving up. No way I'd stay at a regional knowing how this industry works....
