Solves the issue I posted about. They don’t get snapped up by another airline with a more efficient and shorter hiring system like UAL.

Enjoy your retirement.
In this case I really wish I had been very wrong. You of course were one of the people who virtually guaranteed a on time historic contract. I have asked you several times what went wrong. You have not answered. Had you been right I could upgrade the boat!!

It’s actually 50% of FAE (highest 12 consecutive months in previous 36). So it’s even more egregious.

How so? There are no facts because there isn’t a contract. Sailing threw out a WAG of negativity because he didn’t agree with the method. Now he says he’s correct because he said a billion even though he’s admitted the value has surpassed that by a third with some big portions left to go. He can’t prove the final value of this contract just like he can’t prove his way would have worked better.

He now needs to stop throwing out lowballs and talking of how everyone will settle for less than at the beginning of negotiations. In other words, unite with the pilot group and support the NC in their task.

Funny, I don’t see any walking back.

Do you think you could join your fellow pilot group and stop undermining the NC?

There’s value in having Sailing on these boards. There would also be value if Ed was on here. Both have proven their underlying intent to undermine the NC.

Then it's a simple no vote and we are back in mediation. Seems dumb but ok
