1,000% false. At my regional airline posts from a forum, and from Facebook which identified employees using their actual names were printed off and brought to negotiations. 106 pages of information the company brought into the room. Particularly to go after sick time and a couple of other items… so some managements do care. Whether DL does or not, I don’t know. At any rate the union asked us to stop doing this. And the stooges won’t stop.

Don’t say that on here! Otherwise the three stooges will get upset and demand that you stop trying to silence people who disagree with you. Then they go cry to the mods saying they’re being personally attacked.
Lol. This whole thread is full of dumb posts. Mostly by the three stooges. I can’t say their names because they cry to the mods. They have fun when they sail. 3=7+7+7 ?? Last but not least a guy who completely blanked when he signed up for APC and so he uses two letters OOO and FFF.

For the record - I have not received a PM from anyone complaining in over a month, and if I am correct in identifying the "three stooges" I have never received a complaint from any of them - ever, but hey I've only been a Mod for about 10 years.
If someone posts something stupid - by all means call them out on it, but the whole "narrative" theme is getting tiresome. I often challenge Sailingfun when I disagree with him but make no mistake - he is one of the most knowlegeable posters on here. Do I always agree with him - hell no, but so what - I like hearing different opinions. The last thing we want is an echo chamber. I appreciate your opinions as much as anyone's - keep em coming.

Make no mistake, management absolutely monitors these and other forums. And there absolutely are management plants.

Yeah scoop. Thanks. One of them I don’t know if he complained or not, he did it in his post saying you’re personally attacking me. Which usually results in me getting infraction points or whatever happens. If you’re the one who released me from APC jail a year ago. Thank you.

He knows. Settle down, son. He’s just saying there is a 3 year gap in our pay while inflation has eaten the hell out of our purchasing power. He’s making a point about where the numbers are applied. While you say there is no way we get 18% retro, I say there’s no way I or most of my brothers and sisters are settling for 5-6% retro. Maybe 5% per year, compounded, which would be 15% and change for 2022.

Let us be completely clear – despite social media concern otherwise -- there is no “rush to a deal” posture being suddenly adopted. The expectations of Delta pilots, as indicated by ongoing polling and direct feedback, are rightly increasing with every month that passes beyond our amendable date. Every “thanks for all you do” memo, every CPI report, every TA at a regional airline, and every TV interview by Delta’s executive leadership delivering endless good news about the health of our airline serve as a reminder that our priorities and expectations are justified.

As we get closer to a comprehensive TA, the likelihood that you will hear false rumors of a deal will only increase. One thing is certain, individuals who “leak” inaccurate or out-of-context information have many different agendas. The resultant “negotiating in public” via trial balloons can damage our ability to maximize leverage at the table. We ask that you trust this process and your union’s commitment to bringing you nothing less than the C2019 you’ve earned. Only trust information from official sources: the NC, the MEC and your LEC Representatives.
Thank you for your continued engagement and support. Your unity and resolve are needed now more than ever to help push this contract over the finish line.

I always love when 14,000 pilots dissect the language. That's so much more informative than the road shows. It will have to pass on it's own merit. As it should be. The first real peer reviewed internet discussed TA was TA1. The first to pass was TA2.
