if course I had a problem with RS. He appointed incompetent folks into key positions and the pilot group suffered. The scheduling committee was mismanaged and folks waited months for cases to get resolved. The R&I Commitee thought pilots couldn’t do basic math on deferred taxes while trying to push the MBCBP. He hired a recalled C44 rep and then fired him for leaking C44 emails he was still erroneously receiving. Then a Scope committee that used flat out inaccuracies trying to advocate for more widebodies. When you don’t use facts it’s no surprise we received an ass whipping in the RJ scope grievance. With RS gone, competence has returned to the MEC Admin thru Jason. No wonder National picked him up.

I enjoy hearing your thoughts and opinions stop. But when you said the MC just takes direction from the reps I definitely had flashbacks to your thoughts on how RS ruined DALPA. Can’t be both. I hope the new guy is great for us. I have reservations. The (lack of) info and responses I’ve received from my reps has not alleviated them.
